  • Parts are sooooo cheap for this car, even the high end aftermarket suspension and or drop kit runs only ~$200 for all 4 wheels. Its amazing! My only problem with my 87 fiero v4 2.5 is the handling on rough roads while cornering, the wheel wants to jump out of my hand! Stock v4 pushing 105BHP at 5Krpm, 24 in city 29 highway, fiberglass hood, top and trunk 188187.8 miles is where the odometer stopped rolling at, still runs as my daily driver though! :D

  • i fucking love these cars. i just wish they put a more powerful motor in it. it would have been sweet if they put the sd4 fiero in production. ugh siiiiick.

  • @FULLEFFECTCARCLUB If they had given the stock Fieros the 2.7 Super Duty from the '84 Indy Pace Car, it would have been a screamer. Pontiac dealers used to sell the parts over-the-counter to build the Super Duty from an Iron Duke. Anybody out there ever build one out?

  • hi war are you at

  • ok

  • you funy

  • Its in great shape :) good job keeping it clean I also have a Fiero :)) 84 2m4

  • I bought one new in St Louis back in '84. At first I loved it, aside from the seriously bad under steer and seriously weak motor and the sloppy cable shifter. Then after the 12mo/12K warranty, all hell broke loose. First the A/C compressor blew out, then a rod started knocking, the drivers side seat adjuster quit sliding, the tape deck in the stereo quit working, one head light quit opening ( I had to open the hood and turn the freaking knob!). Hated it!

  • What a beautiful example of an automobile that could have and should have had a much longer production run.

  • @sandman19681012 GM had a habit of doing that; once they finally got a car right, boom! They'd stop making it. The '94-'96 Impala SS and the '86-'87 Buick Grand National were perfect examples.

  • @artistmac You are very correct. You have a very beautiful example there. Best of luck in the future my friend.

  • @artistmac Modern Examples.....The 04-06 Pontiac (Holden) GTO, Pontiac Solstice GXP/Saturn Sky RedLine.....

  • Beautiful specimen sir! I myself had a Silver 1984 2m4 about 13 years ago, before that, my father owned it. After me my brother owned it. Unfortunately, it was written off by the hands of another. I can't remember the actual mileage, (well over 200,000km) and I know I put 50,000km on it in the 3 years she was mine.

    Fast forward to today..

Got my house, Truck and my 1987 Black Fiero GT. This winter I am starting my 3800SC swap. LOVE these cars. BTW, I live in Ottawa, the 2m4 survived winter too!!

  • @nsalaptop Nice to know an entire family had the Fiero fire! When you finish the engine swap, put up a video and let's see what it looks like!

  • @artistmac yes sir!

  • i want one of these soo bad its just theyre soo hard to find in decent shape and thats sad cuz they have a lot of potential :/

  • I bought an '84 SE Fiero some years ago mostly because I liked the outer appearance, and I had considered getting rid of my '93 Nissan NX...the Fiero had only ~51K miles and was in top shape (especially after a ~$450 tune-up)...perhaps it's just a matter of taste - but I found the Fiero to be "heavy" and 'lumbering" (sluggish) compared to my NX...and I did not like the Fiero's spring-loaded stick (my NX's stick had some give in the neutral gate)...I learned that car "feel" can be important, too

  • Most front end suspension parts came from the Chevy Chevette! Now that's quality at its finest. Gotta love GM.

  • @ArniepII And that suspension works fine. Just got back from a 1,600 mile road trip in a 27-year-old car with that suspension (and the rear suspension and drivetrain from the front-drive GM X-cars). Every low-priced sports car from MG to Triumph to the Datsun 1600 and 240Z , Mazda Miata and Pontiac Solstice has used their respective makers' existing mechanical components to keep costs down. So, what's your point?

  • This video proves my theory, I had a friend who owned a Fiero. The car matched his personality, fast and extreme. These cars were past an attitude, and more like a religion. Dude let's his Fiero do the talking...what are the green looking crumbs around the console during the sweet interior shot? Glad to see a Fiero with no beer cans on the floorboards...I think they all did in the 80's

  • I got the identical car in a fluke trade and ended up getting totally hooked on it. There's no question GM cheaponed up the original designer's intentions (like everything produced by Wall Street companies), but the design and engineering of the car are excellent for the money. Every control is where you want it to be, the mid-engine design is awsome, and those little 4 cylinder motors churn out great gas milage for 200,000 miles+. They were only like 8 thousand dollars brand new! Well worth it.

  • wow i wonder why they say in 84 the iron duke was underpowered in this car? when u can only fit 2 people, no power steering? and im guessing no ac? wheres the under power?? wtf? looks like just enough power to me!! and iron duke is strong any way!!

  • my dad has a fiero...1984...exactly like yours....we have just finished restoring it...its a beauty...the only thing i didnt liek about these fieros is the wheel gap...but we got some nice 5 spoke rims to fix that problem

  • that thing could be a damn monster truck!

  • nice and cool movie..watched 3 times in webmovietube

  • I remember when those cars were a common sight. I turn my head if I happen see one on the road nowadays. They must be getting rare. A true collector car.

  • wow..fantastic..faboulous ..watched this in webmovietube

  • i like how at about 2:22 in the vid the speedo says about 15 mph when its sitting still! my 86 SE also does this

  • I'm gonna be getting one these pretty soon.. It was my grandpa's but he passed away a few years ago and it's been sitting in my mom's garage ever since so I finally asked her for it.. just need to get a new battery and I can drive it home. It's in pretty good condition, my grandpa was a mechanic and he was the first owner so it's been well maintained!

You got yourself a nice Fiero.. I just hope mine treats me as good as yours has! =]]]

  • sorry for not commenting on ur vids 4 a while! saw this movie in webmovietube

  • I own an 86 fiero gt and love it. Sure old car's are gonna eventually give you some trouble they aren't indestructible and I really could care less what anyone has to say about my car because everyone likes different things but to be calling other people's car shit? Really? Not only is that immature but it doesn't show much respect for other people's property, I bet you wouldn't tell someone to their face that their car is crap.

  • nice job.! will watch this in webmovietube

  • To All:

I also had an '84. Had it all through college. Drove it from Southern California, near Los Angeles, to Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Never had any issues! That's something like 1500 miles round-trip. Overall, the only issues I ever had were brakes, tires, and oil changes. When I traded it in, many years later, I had logged over 120K miles. Wish I had kept it. It would be a collector's item by this time!!!

  • very nice car, great condition

  • @apocgamer Looks nice, but this piece of shit is the worst car made by GM

  • 24 years and in great condition. Nice to see a car like that kept up!

  • I had an 85 SE 2M4. A nice little car, beautiful to look at. But at 65,000 it started on fire and the plastic panels started to melt I got rid of it while I still could. Too bad they didn't continue making and developing it the car....it had great potential

  • Beautiful Fiero. I don't care much for any GM cars from this era, but the Fiero forever has a place in my heart. I wish I could own one.

  • I have a Duke in my 88 s10 and it goes slow as shit, but it'll last forever.

  • Have u ever had a time when ur fiero's engine would pump gas to start the engine but as soon as it started it would start pumping gas? i have a 84 thats doing it

  • FYI the engine fires you mentioned in your description were not due to the coolant. It was actually a misprint in the owners manual that had you run the engine a quart lower on oil than you were supposed to. As time when by and some of the oil burned off, people ended up running them dry and causing the engine fire.

  • wow what a sex object, I had one of these pieces of crap to, wasted to much money on it.

  • @dejong93 Someone else who bought a Fiero used and abused, rode hard and put away wet. Not the car's fault.

  • @artistmac Actually, it is the cars fault. It's a miracle your car works the way it does.

    Fiero's are S-H-I-T

  • @dejong93 And if it went downhill on you it was your own damn fault for not taking care of it or the previous owner's fault. These cars will last forever if you maintain them right and take care of them. Mine is an 86 with a 2.8 v6 and it has almost 170k on it and runs great.

  • i'm not gonna lie lol i'm suprised you kept it in such good condition. but very nice car, i have an '86 fiero se myself and it looks no where near as good as yours

  • i like mine an i drive corvairs its how u take care of them

  • @animalcorvair Amen to that. When something breaks, get it fixed and keep on driving: that's my philosophy.

  • @animalcorvair what a junk car

  • @dejong93 26 years. 146,000 miles. Every car should be such a piece of junk.

  • @animalcorvair what a junk car as if he has the club!!!!!!!!!!!!! who would steal a fiero

  • @dejong93 anyone would steel them.

  • @xUNKNOWNxAC94 and face prison time for a fiero, give your head a shake,

  • @dejong93 well u never know, there pretty rare cars.

  • Haha I love how a dude driving a celica is bashing a fiero.. Fiero's are dope little things.. Although I know how shitty those iron dukes are.. My truck uses a '90 version of the motor.. Prolly almost identical. Aren't most autos 3 speed? The trans in my Lincoln is a 3 speed with overdrive, but basically a 3 speed.....?

  • i remember when my dad had a fiero i miss it

  • You are very lucky man, you have one of the best pieces of automotive design inside out on this planet. I like the the Fiero design to the best, such as Ferrari Testarossa, Lamborghini Countach, Diablo, Lotus Esprit, etc. In fact, when I first saw Fiero's picture on the cover of an Autocar magazine in 1984, I thought it was a Lotus. I was stunned when I saw the Pontiac name inscribed in the back of the car. You have great taste man, the car is beautiful outside and in the interior. Respect!

  • What you hinted at, but didn't say in your description, is that these cars used Chevette front ends. Steering racks, shocks /springs, ball joints. Plus maybe some more parts, I'm not sure. Anyway, it helped to keep costs down. They were both great cars

  • I love your video, brought back memories for sure. I ordered two 1984 models the first day they took orders for them. Both red, but settled on a white 4 speed because the white ones arrived first. I had a lot of capacitor problems with mine and traded it for a Honda CRX. I loved the speakers in the headrests!

  • Wow these things are SOOO FAST.....

    probably almost has 100 horsepower!

    lol these are shitty cars

Power (SAE net): 92 bhp @ 4000 rpm

    TRANSMISSION(S): 4-speed, 3-speed auto

jesus a 3 speed? im only 18 and im waaay to young to ever see a 3 speed.

ill be cruising in my 94 celica gt 4

  • @GeeDrummer HAHA HAHA HAHAHAHAH a 94 celica gt. great choice. oh and you failed to look up the later models of the fieros. and maybe this guy isn't looking for speed. they are badass cars. i'm sure my fiero would be able to smoke this shit out of your little celica. post a video of you doing a run on a 1/4 mile

  • @GeeDrummer If you're driving it SOOO FAST it'll be shiny side down soon enough. Wear your seat belts and hope the airbags work.

I won't even ask how much you pay for insurance.

  • @artistmac about $246 CAD a month... worth it seeing as i got 251BHP.

  • I HAD ONE TOO. BIGGEST PIECE OF SHIT ON THE ROAD , NOTHING TO BE PROUD OF.

  • @JOHNBRANSKI100 Ah, yes, another used Fiero, not maintained properly by the previous owner, then it came to you. How is that the car's fault?

  • @artistmac Thats the ticket its the Key too every Car "maintained properly" some people just put gas in it and drive unilt it want roll anymore and after it breaks down its a POS. Most of the time its the Driver thats at fault not the Car but the Nut brain blames the Car.I have a 1968 Dodge Polara 500 all original with 263k miles on it and still runs great its garaged kelp oils changed cleaned inside and out and underside an rust free still looks New from factory.Had it sence 1969 ck out my Vid

  • That's fucking ugly

  • Good for you! You have kept that jewel of a little car in fine shape. It echoes a high point for Pontiac for coming up with a truly unique little coupe. Thanks for the information and the video.

  • Beautiful Car man. I'd have to say thats the nicest 84 I've ever seen. I'd take a clay bar to the hood ha ha but other than that nice job!

  • that is a amazing car i wish i had one

  • not a hater, but the title says "undevelopment". i merely thought u had done 'something' different or uncommon to it. just a 4 cyl. fiero.....thats why u have bad comments....throw and l67 in there---u'll be a hero!

  • nice

  • It looking good, man...but ur car look almost my supercharger toyota mr2. lol. Well, it had shiny red and black. (^_^).

  • A mid 80s American car still running?

On Chicago's pot holed, filled with road salt 6 months a year, streets?

    It's a friggin miracle!

  • @ronito6 For that matter, you don't see many 80's cars of any kind on the streets of Chicago, especially if they were parked outside overnight for years.

  • @ronito6 all my gm cars are still running an we have salt here in ohio just have to wash them before it gets above 40

  • @ronito6 Why don't you try, a 1984 Fiero still running in MICHIGAN. beat that lmao.

  • I had a 85. I wouldn't trade my Vette for another one but man I loved that Fiero :)

  • Well, you have the only one that's not a lemon. Cuz, that car was garbage with it's chevy cavalier suspension etc. Glad to see you took care of it. Kudos!

  • @JAGWAH66 Get your facts straight. The Fiero's front suspension was from the Chevy (and Vauxhall) Chevette; the rear was from GM's family of front-drive X-cars, turned around and put in the rear. Both were proven reliable in millions of cars before the Fiero.

So, did you have a bad experience with a used Fiero that wasn't maintained properly by the previous owner(s)? If so, how is that the car's fault?

  • how does this peice of shit have 37 thousand views??

  • @jesse5940 probably because it has been up about 3 years, and it is a fairly clean looking fiero.

  • @jesse5940 I guess there's people who like Fieros (and cars in general). If you've made a video that isn't a "piece of shit", upload it. Right now, you have none. Have a nice day.

  • @artistmac hah good job on keeping your cool, i wouldeve went kong fooh ninja on this kid, and if he dosnt like the car why is he looking it up on youtube?

  • @mysummertime09 Thanks. Mr. "piece-of-shit" could probably find something wrong with a video about mom, apple pie, and The American Way. Professional hater, that one;)

  • @artistmac fag

  • @jesse5940 dont be hatin on fieros theyre the ferraris of the 80's

  • @TheBikefish hell yes lol. the american ferraris

  • im jealous its so original looking evry1 hates on fieros tho why? did they have problems or something? i heard they blow up if you get hit 2 but im im obsessed 80s and 90s gmc products i own a 98 regal LS with rims :)

  • @devilledevil98 What you've heard are rumors. Fieros are perfectly safe. If the coolant is flushed and refilled according to the procedure in the owner's manual and the oil level is kept full, it didn't catch on fire. Before you buy one, join a local Fiero owners' group and find a mechanic who knows how to work on them; not all Pontiac dealer mechanics bothered to learn, even when they were still being made. You'll be happy with it, I guarantee.

  • I've got a 84 Fiero 2M4 Automatic. I need some advice on how to repair some body work. Needs a Paint job and I've never worked with Fiberglass-Plastic Composite so Also need help with that. Lmk !! (Only has 54,000 miles !!!!!!!!)

  • how may miles dose it have on it

  • @FrankMir6661 Over 144,000 as of June 26

  • i beeted a 2010 mustang with my 86' poniac fiero the mustang eated my dust..

watch the video on youtube: chop top fiero vs. mustang and look for a green fiero and a blue mustang at a race corse

  • i have an 86' poniac fiero and i raced a mustang (2010 mustang) and the mustang eated my dust

  • man...I like the car and all but my dad used to have I think an 85 Fiero and it was just pure trouble. The thing just sucked he said.

  • I have one thing to say: Awesome!

  • Poor

    Old

    Nitwit

    Thinks

    Its

    A

    Cadillac

:) love the car ! but thats funny!

  • another Wedge Mobile !

    Check out my Wedge !

  • i so loved my fiero... i miss it.

  • I really appreciate the story and info behind this car.

  • THAT FRONT LOOKS LIKE A FERRARI!

  • I have an 84 2m4 with the same color scheme (red/grey) sitting in my yard, cant decide if i want to sell it,scrap it,or fix it? The car will start but the clutch and gas pedal stick to the floor and dont come back up? Is it something major? Im not a mechanic, sry.

  • @TheOmnipotentidiot First, check your clutch slave cylinder and see if any fluid's even in there. Next try lubricating the clutch pedal and gas pedal mechanisms up front and the linkages out back. If that doesn't work, time for a mechanic. If it's been sitting out in the weather for a long time, certain things have likely seized up. Good luck.

  • GOD DAM it gm are idiots for gettin rid of pontiac. why couldnt they choose gmc for example? the ones who just copy off cadillac? or saturn which are just shit?

  • @slighlyevil its was a generic, but with a plastic body it kept up pretty good. other then at the end he melted his belts haha.

  • im so glad you didnt ruin it with a lambo or ferrari kit five stars

  • Never. Pontiac (may God rest their souls) got it right to begin with.

  • Kudos to you. It looks immaculate.

  • for the miles on that it is in pristine condition!

  • Lookin sharp man, looking sharp. Very very clean for its age, impressive

  • Looks outstanding for it's age! I love these cars, i think it would be fun to have one but every time i'd mentioin it i got "don't get one of those they have engine fires." Well after reading your info on it i now know why! I'm glad to see a fiero in good hands. I saw one in a junk yard, made me want to rescue it. The interior of it was outstanding there wasn't a dirt spot on it, it looked brand new inside! It was red on the outside. Red is one of my favorite colors on a car

  • the only reason they had fires was cus of defective fuel pumps if you smell fuel then you need to replace the fuel pump

  • @12345fisherman And the low levels of oil the fieros had because they printed the wrong oil capacity on the dipstick so the connecting rod would break spilling oil on the exhaust manifold which would then set on fire. What did GM do to fix this? Stick a damn heat shield between the 2, not replace the connecting rod, oh noo that would be too much work.

  • @12345fisherman The fires were caused by owners. Owners who never checked the oil level or the coolant level, or shadetree mechanics who didn't know what they were doing. Even most Pontiac dealer mechanics never learned how to work on them. I'm lucky to have found one who did.

I hope GM got their dealer service straightened out since then. Otherwise, they haven't got a prayer, bailout or not.

  • A morsel of automotive nostalgia. She looks great!

  • Would this be a good first car for an 18 year old?

  • I wouldn't recommend a Fiero as your only car. If you can buy another car along with it then it's a good car to have. They're good for projects, but you'll have to do a lot of the work on them yourself as there's people out there that can work on them as it's like any other GM car. It's just that the Fiero uses a lot of the components in a unique way.

I personally own two Fieros and have owned four altogether. I drive a Fiero GT daily, but I'm able to fix most anything that breaks on them.

  • Most anything? In that case, you've got one up on the average Pontiac dealer mechanic. They couldn't fix them when Pontiac was still building them. God knows how many Solstices and G8's they messed up.

  • @ethen24

Not if he or she is a wild indian !

  • @ethen24 Unless that 18-year old is a careful driver and an ace mechanic with the ability to bird-dog parts that are becoming increasingly expensive and unavailable, probably not.

If it's going to be that 18-year old's daily driver in the snow belt and he or she has never learned to drive a tail-happy rear-drive car in winter (no sudden maneuvers), absolutely not. Too many Fieros have been lost to wrecks and mechanical neglect already.

  • @artistmac

Pretty defensive of these cars aren't you? Whatev, I already have my mind set on a different car now anyways, an El Camino.

  • @ethen24 same here. I'm really looking into getting this. trying to research abit first though. I do like the really good MPGs. question, if it got 27/40 when it first came out, what kind of mileage would it get now?

  • @ethen24 hah. i drove a relative's fiero in the rain once and it's not that bad as far as spinning loose goes but it does want to push in wet/slick curves.take corners slow when its wet and don't drive in the snow and i think the originals had issues with fires under the hood from a badly placed fuel line.

  • @ethen24 yup and 4 a 16 year old like me too.

  • well my 280zx kicked a fiero's A** last night so i am not to impressed by them...

  • Glad to know it hasn't rusted out. Yet;)

  • you know they're made out of fiberglass right

  • Actually, Fieros have plastic bodies. The lower door panels will actually bounce back from minor impacts that would leave a good size dent in a metal door.

  • Was it a GT or a generic fiero?

  • He's lucky he and his ZX didn't mess with a small-block V8 Fiero. 300hp moving 2400 pounds? They're little rockets.

  • I share your passon, beautiful sport coup. I've got an 84 sc, and an 85 gt. Go get some classic plates!

  • crap!

  • the brake booster hose runs from the master back to the motor?

  • is a GM V6 an easy upgrade? i undertand they killed the Fiero just before offering it with a V6?

  • nope, they killed it before they put a bigger v6 in it. they were going to put in the 3.4L DOHC in it but cancelled it. they do come with v6's its a 2.8L V6. i just bought mine today its an 85 V6 SE 4 speed manual

  • Good looking car! Always had a thing for those...

  • Ha, this was my very first car right down to the gray interior, except mine had an AT. It's now considered an antique-- boy, do I feel old!

  • I just today, picked up an 84 SE. Poor thing was written of by insurance, so My dad got it for me cheap. it needs a refit, though.

  • my brother and i got an 84 se. 3speed auto, a/c, electric trunk switch, no rear window defroster tan interior with the vertical stripe. it was very nice. but we decided to but a 3.4 dohc and a getrag 5 in it.

  • Sounds sweet. Be sure to post a reply video when you get the engine and transaxle put in it. Nice to see another '84 back on the road. If you're near Chicago, Fierorama '09 is at Pottawattomie Park in St. Charles, IL, September 11-13.

  • How nostalgic!

I had an 85. My first new car and I thought I was so cool. 24 years later, looking back, I guess I was then.

  • You were. It took guts back then to buy a Fiero and not to follow the Sunbird/1000/Grand Am/Trans Am herd.

  • i have an 86 and 87 gt both auto cars.. 86 has 170000 on the original drivetrain untouched.. my 87 has 107000 on it but its had trans work done to at some point and time. I drive them both i take the 87 2-3 times weekly to ky about 100 miles one way from home up hilly mountainside no issues whatsoever. This car couldve prevented gm from falling on their ass had it been left in production

  • aaa the gm 2.5

that engine gave me HELL in my 85 buick skylark lol

  • It's a free country.

  • What is the best looking Fiero??????

I cant find very good pictures of all of them.

  • I'm partial to the '84-'86 notchback coupes without the lower body cladding. But there are people who swear by the '86-and-a half to '88 fastback GT and the '84 Indy Pace Car replicas. There's the Mera, a gorgeous factory-approved Ferrari 308 GTS lookalike, and the Fiero-based Zimmer Quicksilver luxury coupe, about which the less said the better. It's all a matter of personal taste.

If you're looking for Fiero pics, just do a Google image search. Also check the GM Photo Store online.

  • cant remember where i saw it but i saw a kit that turns a fiero into a viper? dont get me wrong the viper is a cool car itself but building one on a fiero c,mon thats like wiping your backside before you go

  • By the time someone spends the money to turn a Fiero into a Viper replica, he could have probably bought a used Viper (the early ones are going for as little as $30,000, less than half their value new). Twitchy throttle and handling and terrible in wet or snowy weather, but if somebody gave me a Viper, I'd take it;-)

  • i emailed the guy he said it was a bolt on kit? well not saying it was or wasnt but as i said why turn a pontiac into a dodge? I own and am proud to have a ram but still

  • Is this an A/C delete car?

  • No; A/C was optional on this model. On the base, mileage-leader coupe you couldn't even get A/C or automatic.

  • 84' is definitely the best looking Fiero

  • screw that 1985 fiero 2m4 is the best looking fiero

  • But the only difference on the 84 and 85 notchback coupes is the hump in the rear deck on the 85's and a few interior details, like the numbers on the gauges.

  • The 2.5L Iron Duke inline-4 (a Pontiac engine) was the only engine offered in every 1984 Pontiac Fiero. The following year, the Fiero GT had a 2.8L Chevrolet V6 engine, which was also optional on the Fiero SE and not offered on other Fieros. Both Fiero engines had fuel injection. Many Fiero fans agree the V6 is the better engine and the GT is most sought-after collectible Fiero.

  • Hmmm.. If you say that to a group of '84 Indy Fiero owners, be prepared to run for your life;-) And let's not forget the Mera, which commands the highest resale values of all year Fieros.

  • Really?

  • Yep. Every year, Northern Illinois Fiero Enthusiasts puts out a chart of resale values for every year and model of Fiero. The Mera always tops the list, probably because they made so few of them before Ferrari sued.

  • Do you happen to know the curb weight of one of these? I see on line here a few Geo metro's converted to full electric with forklift motors etc. This to me looks like a better candidate. I think a Metro is around 1700 lbs.

  • i didnt hear about that one -Mera- whats that -a town in Italy? did Ferrarri win?

  • The Mera is a river that runs thru Italy and Switzerland. The car named after it was basically a Fiero frame with a replica Ferrari 308GTS body kit. It was offered through Pontiac dealers starting in '87, but the company that actually built them, Corporate Concepts, had to stop making them after Ferrari sued. Ferrari had a case, though; from a distance, it was hard to tell a Mera from the real thing.

  • Looks like it was taken good care of.

  • I like this, good job,

  • how much did it cost new?

  • The Sport Coupe had a base price of $8499. Mine, with options, delivery and "dealer prep", was $9,400 out the door.

  • amazing, just amazing. long time fiero lover just started owning a car (im 18). but thanks for maybe the best fiero vid in YT!

  • i 17 and own DeLorean

  • why do i always think of that song by the police "every little thing she does is magic" When ever I see (or used to see) a Fiero..

Anyway to me that song fits lol..

  • I had an 84 for a daily driver for 9 yrs. Now I drive an Alfa 164. I also have a 78 MG Midget, a 74 Datsun 260Z and an 85 Alfa GTV6. Really missed the Fiero though, so now there is an 88 Fiero Formula in the group. So to answer thewraith2143's question, The Fiero earned a spot amongst supposedly higher end cars, a great little car. In fact I dare say one of the best built cars of the 80's, 21 years on and still no major squeaks or rattles! It is a firm ride, but very comfy once your inside.

  • Nice ride! The read was good too. I just bought an 87 GT.

  • r fieros nice cars honestly ? like hows the ride is it tight and uncomfortable
