Which amp do you recommend for this song then?

I would recommend new mesa boogie amps (nice warm sound), or maybe line 6 (too digital sound, but works well). In my opinion, marshall creates this sharp sound, probably because of the gain and the eq that marshall is known for. It sounds bad to my ears, maybe it sounds better to others!

Hehe, most of the reason why we played this song bad is

reason 1: The sound sucked (marshall amplifiers on DT, it's doomed to sound shit)

reason 2: We headbanged/rocked while playing Dream Theater, not easy to play right at all

reason 3: We hadn't practised erotomania for 2 weeks

reason 4: We focused more on the show rather than the musicality.
