I believe The Wait was followed by Precious and then a killer version of Tattooed.

Cool, haven't heard this since I bought it in 1981. I miss this album, with Nick Lowe messing up the ending of Little Sister, The Clash's Armagideon Time and the live version of Tattooed Love Boys. Thanks for posting.

You're welcome LedBlues -- I do believe this version of "The Wait" was only on the Kampuchea LP - maybe the Pretenders issued it somewhere in their catalog by now?
