Is there an option for when you draw it doesn't getting bolder or lighter? eg; I push the pen lightly and the size of it is the same as when you push it harder
fuckin thing is impossible for me to draw on.....i can draw good on paper but this thing makes super crooked lines etc....any way to like edit the sensitivity an shit on it? you should make a vid
@bryana1295 I had the same issue. It does take some time to get use to drawing on a tablet. Once you get all the settings the way you like them and what not it will become one of you favorite tools. Just keep at it.
sooooo, wher do u look as u draw? the screen, the tablet? how do u know where yer line is about to hit? and what if the drawing is larger than the pad????
I hope I can phrase my question in an understandable way:
You can actually move the cursor without the pen touching the pad, how exactly does that work? I always thought tablets had to have some sort of display so you could actually see WHERE your pencil etc. is.
@HixXxXxiH When the pen is touching the pad it is either clicking or dragging, if you hold the pen very close to the tablet but not actually touching it, then you can use it to navigate on your screen. Hope you understand :D
My mom just bought me a Bamboo tablet I have an acer netbook, and the guy at the tech store said it's compatible, but I was wondering if it was possible to get the software of the CD that comes with the tablet onto my netbook from our family PC. Netbooks don't have a CD port, so I was thinking I could put the software on the family PC, then use a USB cable to transport the programs onto my netbook. I've done this with videos and pictures, so I was wondering if it's at all possible?
Two questions: Do you have to have to hold your hand above the tablet when drawing with the pen, or can you rest on like with a regular peice of paper? And does it lag behind when you draw?
@USMCandanimallover You can be a pen pusher, thats the entire point FOR getting a tablet in the first place ain't it? From my experience (I have an older model), it doesn't lag at all... nosiree. This is around $50 to $200 depending on where you get it. A definite first tablet to buy, but you might wanna upgrade to a larger tablet if your doing professional or advanced work. In this case, upgrade to an Intuos.
can you make figures with it in Adobe Illustrator?

I have a PC and would this work for GIMP?
RanniBoBanni 2 months ago
@RanniBoBanni Yes I use it with GIMP a lot. (Linux user)

@RanniBoBanni I believe so. As long as GIMP supports pressure sensitivity.

How much does this tablet cost? Would you recommend it to a beginner? Or a more expensive one?

quick question, is it delayed like in the video, you draw then it draws on screen or did you just not sync your movement with the video?

@HixXxXxiH The more expensive tablets do have this, although they are very pricey and the screen is big. Very big.

Yes, thank you, that's what I wanted to know, as I would consider drawing without knowing where your pencil is rather difficult. :P

Which type of Bamboo tablet is this? Normal?
ManiacalMoni 1 year ago
@ManiacalMoni Looks like Bamboo Fun small. In the Wacom site it only lists Medium, so you'll have to find the small one elsewhere.
moosemast12 1 year ago
@ManiacalMoni Or it can be the Bamboo Craft.

Totally awesome video :) Thanks! I'm deciding on whether to get a Bamboo Tablet or not.
