Oh, as to the police sirens, not during the riots, it was filmed before that, it's probably just being filmed in London. Several million people tightly packed and from all different walks of life = police sirens.

I think this is getting better as it goes along, it's more subdued than the other ones but then they're not friends and they've never played, I mean they're having to concentrate. I imagine if I was to sit down with a group of strangers on camera to play a game as complex as D&D and I'd not had time to even peek at the rulebook I'd not be especially funny. Add to that the fact they're all middle aged plus and you can see why they're not acting like webcomic writers and sci-fi actors.

Only thing I'm complaining about is the fact that there were police sirens during the video. I got scared and thought the cops were outside my window. XD

Also the Robot Chicken and Penny Arcade guys already know each other very well and literally make jokes as part of their job. You're going to get a lot of "banter" in those kind of games by default; I know when I play with my friends it's very different from playing with my old DM and a bunch of randomers.

@arononline Not all games have to be high key, laughing and chatting all the time, like the Penny Arcade games. Sometimes players just want to enjoy a quick delve like this one. Also, take into account that the British are naturally more reserved than Americans are. I'm really enjoying this series.
