hey just wanted to let you guys know you're doing some stuff wrong, and you could get seriously hurt. Like the DDT you shouldn't land on your head you should put your forearms down and land on the pinkie side of your fists. The front flips you should land on your shoulder blades and feet to adsorb(same with the power bombs) the impact so that you don't brake your friends' rips or sternum possible killing him. Work on that and you could do it in a real ring and only feel minimal pain.
