I've been trying to meditate, in fact i've been using maditation to fight insomnia... I over think too much everything and by trying to concentrate just in my breath is the only thing that really helps me to fall sleep... thanks a lot for all your advises :) xoxo

i agree please more talks like this about the how and what of meditation. i think for "newbs" this is really helpful as it demystifies the act makes it seem like something we all can do.
After a long lethargic and grouchy day, I found this video and you persuaded me to try meditation at least for a little bit. I just spent 5 minutes (maybe longer? I guess part of the point is that I wasn't counting!) on my yoga mat, eyes closed and breathing consciously. it's amazing how refreshed i feel just from that. It was my first self-conducted meditation session - I will definitely make it a daily practice from now on! It's such a simple pleasure. Thanks for the encouragement :)
Hey Tara, i would like to add another point " breathing while meditating" concentrating on very slow and calm breathe while meditating will make your all stress vanished!!!!!
