Almost correct. This is footage of the USA leg of the Destiny Tour from 1979. Their never was an Off The Wall Tour.

Sorry! But copies of the Jackson tours really are hard to find. I still want a decent copy of the 1984 Victory Tour in Dallas, TX. There aren't any good copies available that I've found. Too bad. It really is a great show. Or at least what you can see of it.
