No I think you'll find it's because he has always stated that the US Constitution is one of the greatest documents ever created and it's very important to defend. "Hannity never raised a finger during the Bush years when this crisis started." I can't agree with this tag line at all - if you think that Hannity hasn't had any criticism for Bush WHEN he was president, and even still today, then you haven't listened to his show. Hannity, Limbaugh, Beck... they all get painted as these Republican mouthpieces, and NOTHING could be further from the truth.
