  • Getting a bod like this takes patience! I started working out last month. Been hitting the weights and tread mill everyday for 3 hours. Arms have become noticably bigger/more defined but I still have a fat gut. I want to become ripped now lol.

  • @ThePantyDroper Recovery plays a major role in getting a ripped body. You don't need to workout everyday. 3-4-5 days a week (according to the types of exercises you're doing) are enough (plus 1 day of cardio if you really want to..but no weights). The only time you work your body everyday is when you are doing 20-30 minutes programs and even then it is recommended to take breaks a day or two every 10-15 days.

  • @Progenitura I've been working out everyday mainly because of back, neck, and knee injuries from a car accident. I'm on a rehab program so I'm required to work out everyday. I work in constructtion so I have to build my strength back up before returning to work as I sat at home doing nothing for 6 months. I do take a break, on days I don't do weights I do an hour of cardio. My program ended yesterday but I'm going to continue to work out.

  • @guimonsterjustin Cardio, 3 times per week not counting other sports activities you might do. Chris is in the single digits on fat %, he was as low as 5% at one time.

  • @Kinta02 as you begin to transform, that is all the motvation you need! Seeing great results from this program will keep you motivated.

  • chris, what do you mean by "get the heart of a champion and everything else will follow"? do i get a big lat by getting a big heart?
