@ThePantyDroper Recovery plays a major role in getting a ripped body. You don't need to workout everyday. 3-4-5 days a week (according to the types of exercises you're doing) are enough (plus 1 day of cardio if you really want to..but no weights). The only time you work your body everyday is when you are doing 20-30 minutes programs and even then it is recommended to take breaks a day or two every 10-15 days.
@Progenitura I've been working out everyday mainly because of back, neck, and knee injuries from a car accident. I'm on a rehab program so I'm required to work out everyday. I work in constructtion so I have to build my strength back up before returning to work as I sat at home doing nothing for 6 months. I do take a break, on days I don't do weights I do an hour of cardio. My program ended yesterday but I'm going to continue to work out.

@TSuperChallenge how long will it take for me to gain 20 lbs of muscle i do preacher curls with 45 lbs, push ups, bench press 65 lbs, 21s with 12lbs, flies 12lbs and pull ups and i drink muscle milk i work out for 1hr and 15 min every other day and i get 8 hrs of sleep im 17,114lb, 5'6
@guimonsterjustin Cardio, 3 times per week not counting other sports activities you might do. Chris is in the single digits on fat %, he was as low as 5% at one time.
