It's been too many years since I have had good Ethiopian or Eritrean Food. Once I made the Injera using millet flour mixed with whole wheat flour and quick risen with soda water. I need to hunt down a really good Ethiopian cookbook and give it another go. That shit is seriously good! Love the Honey Wine (Tej?) too.

Unfortunately a lot of people don't know about Ethiopian food. I agree with you 100% it is the most delecious cusine on earth. Unfortunely we don't have any Ethiopean resturants near Cambridge.

May i suggest you try eating ketfo its really nice the only problem is it can be addictive if you wish i can give you an address to my favorite restaurant in n.london (near seven sisters)

i' Ethiopian and in my and many people have said she makes the best ketfo in london.

last time i went it was about £6.00 for one ketfo.

@black1705f you will be hard pushed to find warmer, nicer staff in a resturant that can't do enough for you.... + The food is Awesome and as Cheap as chips !

My favorite is the 'doro wot' (chicken stew), i am glad you enjoyed it and aint to chicken to eat with your hand..

(why do some people be like, eww with my hands?!, but they quick to get all messy with a pizza or an oversized burger)
