Pope calls for strong & concrete initiatives against racism

More than half of the members of Roman Catholicism are not African and Asian, but no Black or Yellow pope. In fact, there have been no Abbot Primate (OSB), Master General (OFM/OP), or Superior General (SJ) that are Black or Yellow. Roman Catholicism seems to privilege whites from Europe, USA, and South America. What is the pope doing to address this?
