Smoked salmon deviled eggs

OMG! My brother's girlfriend made these once on Thanksgiving and again on Christmas, they have been on my mind everyday since..I will be trying this recipe, hopefully it comes out just as good.

I can't cook. Really, I find beans on toast a struggle. But once I got someone to hard boil the eggs for me (my mother, as I recall) this turned out to be quite simple. AND it didn't taste particularly awful. I'm sure had I been a bit better to start with it would have been good, because I had something similar a few years back.

i just googled "smoked salmon deviled eggs" and your video came up. i had them once at a $70 brunch (!!) at The Plaza hotel in NYC and have been dreaming about them since. My parents are coming to visit tomorrow morning and I'm whipping up a batch right now with your help. Thanks!
