Not all fashion is bad today, but something is lacking - the glamor, the glitz - I miss all of that. Many of us girls were casual back then, but we looked "put together". Women just had a way of looking classier. I have fond memories of those days. It's true though that some women paraded around with rollers in their hair, which I don't see today.

I read Polnaski's autobiography and will never forget how he described her to be such a kind and good hearted person (Her beauty is obvious). A few days before the murder she took care of some kittens she found - that means a lot to me. RIP Sharon - you will never be forgoten.
So, she doesn't have an accent, but there's something very 1960s about the way she speaks. It's hard to describe; it's more airy, more classy the way she's speaking. Is there a name for it? You definitely don't hear people speaking with this "accent" anymore.

Both she and my mom were very young at the time and sometimes Sharon wasn't working a lot so my mom would take her home for dinner.Mom said she was a shy, sweet, gracious beauty and a truly lovely person. When she became more well known she still treated everybody as kind as before.
