  • first heard london posse back in 1987 when i was 13,to this day a big part of my life as far as hip hop goes,not for uk hip hop but hip hop in general

  • I remember these dudes!! I'm from the states but I'm a big fan of BBC 1xtra, never knew that Rodney P was this dude from London Posse!! These cats were the first britsh cats I think anyone in America were even curious about other than the more US sounding Monie Love and Slick Rick...Those accents were unique. Props to them this was quality Golden Era music

Heard Rodney P on Westwoods Capital Radio show year's ago "If it's wick wick rap, most rappers are sick of that and most British rappers couldn't hit it with a cricket bat" Rodney P 1990's ( I think this was Rodney's ad lib/ off the cuff reference to otter rappers not being up to the mark). He's got so much talent.
