Very informative. My parents own a cottage on Freeman Ave, growing up we've visited town neck beach every summer. I thought i've noticed sand / sand bar changes over the past 20 years, this confirms it.
There's jettis every 1000 yards or so on town neck beach, the sand build up on them has changed in the past 10 years as well...
