Tough to say what the future holds for this franchise, or this coach. I will say my 1st impression of the man is good. He seems to come off as an old school, no nonsense type of coach. As a die hard Buc fan I dont always agree with ownership but Mr.Schiano you have my support sir. Go Bucs!

Greg...WELCOME TO TAMPA BAY....We've been looking for you for quite sometime! The The Bucs have a young team (probably the youngest in the NFL) so the mix looks good. A very serious no nonsense disciplined type coach that will turn this team around. Maybe not in the first few games but eventually the players will get the message and find new objectivity and meaning to playing football like they never have before. Go Greg GO BUCS

Watch the bucs are going to be good this year just to make him look good! Raheem was a good coach not head coach defensive coach should've been his role! I'm tired of this crap bucs are good but they aren't! They don't have defense dungy had or offense! He talking superbowl he doesn't even know the players! Truth is the owners of Bucs are looking to save money. The owners avoided all resigns like the plague. All the money is going to preserve Manchester United, thats their baby, not the bucs. So sad to see a coach be sold by some salesman about what the owners intend. Bucs are and will be the lowest payroll of any NFL team. Buc fans should get use to losing. Don't blame the coach, blame the owner.
