Not the bad compressor itself. The clutch earing is completely shot.
You can always replace bearing only, but it's not really worth it. Might as well buy an used ACC.

Doesn't necessarily mean the compressor is bad....looks like it's just that the A/C clutch is broken. You can probably just replace it and/or the clutch bearing.
