The game designers said they put it in there for people that weren't very good & died alot to make it easier for them to get kills so if you define "noob" as someone thats new & therefore not very good then 'technically' it is a "noob" perk but I agree with you. Because if you call it after you die, all the kills you get from the chopper will elp you to get a kill streak. if you call it when you get it and then you die, all the kills you get from the chopper won´t count for the streak.
