We knew that there was no point in taking the car across to GIB, so we left it on the spanish side and walked over. Much quicker!

i let my car on a parking zone at the La Linea Football Ground. There are a lot of gratis parking slots. you walk just 10 mins. to the border entrance and have a wonderful look onto the rock and the border line. entering by car is not recommended because of spanish chicanery.

Yes, the Spanish dictate how long it takes for the trafic to flow in. you should see the queue to get in when they loose a footabll match.
