  • @FibreProperty you should always eat after exercise, as the stomach sort of 'shuts down' during a workout for all your energy to be focused on the exercise.

  • @kingjosh1876 Tinned mussels are a good after workout snack, for protein at least. They aren't very high in calorie, but they have a ton of protein (like 18g per tin, which is like 140-180 calories). Add another food that also has some protein, and you're good to go.

  • "does this exercise burn fat??" All exercise burns fat. Exercising requires energy, fat is one of your body's primary sources of energy, after carbohydrates. Doing cardo is just more "exercise" that requires more energy (your fat covering your lower abs). Either you eat healthier or you workout more, that simple.

  • the trick isnt to focus on levels of body fat, although now you know, you should try cardio to try and loose general body fat, pair this with hardcore abb work, spread out for about 3 days throughout the week , jogging or swimming can be daily and that will also help create aditional muscle but will help loose the fat hiding mucsle, and eat healthy!!!

  • i am doing this except with the arms. i want to work hard to get abs i am doing 400 a day in a span of a hour. if i keep continuing this will it help lose some weight, i also use the bowflex for 15 minutes a day but that works my upper body and not as much to my midsection.

  • grab your dumbell, put your fore arm on like a bench or chair but dont put your hand on the bench like put yuor wrist at the endge of the bench leaving your hand loose so you can move your wrist then while holding your dumbell just move your wrist towards the sky and slowly let it go down, repeat your can try doin it with your palm face the ground and then facing the sky, hope you understood my crooked english lol

  • righto.. under preasure to provide better advice..here it is. Get a piece of pvc pipe 50cm long that comfortably sits in you grip. drill a hole directly through the middle & tie a length of thin rope through the hole the length it takes it hits the ground while standing. Attach a resistance/weight to the loose end and whind it up and lower it down both in an under grip and over grip..again & again till you can't whind anymore.. Good Luck!

  • Or... Skip with a 5 or 600 gram rope! Alternative to this is a thin racing bike tube..cut it and fill it with beach sand and seal the ends! this slaughter your for arms and is awesome cardio fitness..

  • Or.. Simply hanging from an overhead bar (chin up bar) with your thumbs disengaged and tucked into your palm for as long as you can.. recover for 2mins, then do it again.
