i think passengers are not aware, that more then 4000 people are saved, its a hard task and not so easy for crew member, every one has their duty to do and the crew member has done it, their were lots of incident in past , where most of the passenger as well crew members lost their life,

4200 persone evacuate in meno di 2 ore con una nave che si stava inclinando e un capitano assente,vuol dire che hai un equipaggio ben addestrato.
