I have a few small hairs between my 2 eyebrows which I always didn't like. I am afraid that if I pluck them I might encourage their growth. If you pluck them by the root does this mean they won't grow back, because I don't want it to look like a shaven area?

First off, if you do pluck them by the root they will grow back soon, but if you go to a salon they will take longer to grow back after being waxed which I would recommand.

It's very simple when you head to the salon; ask the ladie if she's a professional for waxing then tell her BEFORE getting your eyebrows wax to not make the eyebrows thin or arch. Make sure you tell her to leave them "Thick" and only wax the bottoms, and the middle since you're a guy, and you don't want them to look gay. Also, never wax the top of your eyebrows it gives an unatrual shape. Trust me I know because I go once every 2 weeks which answers your question of how often.

Yes, but since the area is being "Waxed" it will take longer to grow back. Not only that, but you get it "Professionally" done which is a good thing instead of messing up your eye brows by doing it yourself.
