Why did the guy even have a 12 inch knife on him in the first place? I think that he went on that bus thinking....."I think I'm gonna kill someone on this bus." If he wasn't thinking that he was thinking....."It's pretty cool going on a bus with a 12 inch knife.....eveyone will think i'm awesome."

I believe the guy deserves the death penalty. Or put in jail in a dark cell without any contact with anyone else with nothing like tv or anything like all the other people get. Now I know that you don't think the death penalty is right, but in the cases of 1st degree murder, those guys obviously planned that murder and aren't gonna sit in jail thinking about what they did.......because wouldn't they have already done that before they killed the dude??

Yeah i didnt want to make it sound like i thought death penalty was wrong. cuz in some cases i actually think some people deserve it. But in this case.. the dood spoke in his second trial/hearing or whatever you call it. and he said to just kill him. So in my opinion he just wants the easy way out of it. He shud suffer for killing the innocent guy. ..lol yeh, no tv!!! lmao
