@g0suckal3mon Thank you. It was definitely a fun little project. I keep meaning to create a sequel but haven't had time. I've got a few other ideas for these little cameras. Thanks for the comment!
Great Video, two thumbs up man. Just one question, as you used the r3 setting, when looking the video on a HDTV, will it be distorted? or is it full dh and there is no loss of quality image because the big tv display?
@tato000001 Thanks. That's a really good question. I don't have an HDTV so I can't test it. That being said, it was recorded at 720p, which is HD, so I think it should play fine, even on a Full HDTV (1080p). Most television broadcasts are only 720p.
@Srachi Glad you like it. This was just done with the standard waterproof housing. That's one of the reasons I cropped it to be 2.35:1 aspect ratio, to "cut off" some of the fish eye look.
@ymmashus94 In Final Cut, I created the title and overlaid it on a clip of water. Then on the title clip, I played around with the composite modes until I found one that I liked. I don't remember exactly which mode I used but can check and let you know. Thanks for the comment.
@MrFobtyler sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I used r3 for this video, which is the same setting I use almost all the time. The 60 fps makes it pretty smooth and allows for slow motion as well.
@TrueAiR Thanks for watching and for the comment. It was a lot of fun. Despite seeing all the underwater videos online, I was still nervous to put it underwater. After a few simple tests, it was full speed ahead.
Great video! I love the whole "family aspect". Looks like a great day!

@piercen10 I'm not 100% certain but I don't think so unless you create a hackintosh.

@JestRose Ha! Ha! Yeah, me too. It's not mine. Otherwise, I'd be filming more of these things.

You are using the underwater housing with the retail fish eye lens or you have a flat lense on the housing? Great vid!!

how did you make this widescreen?
ParodyGuy28 11 months ago
@ParodyGuy28 Just used the 2.35:1 widescreen matte within Final Cut and then cropped it to comparable dimensions during my export.

how do you do the titles in the beginning?

what setting did you shoot this in on your GOPRO? (i.e. r1, r2, r3, r4, r5) yours seems very clear compared to a recent one I did!
