  • laredocasablanca, I've also seen several of the videos you've posted, thank you as well. I had looked for his music a while back and found nothing. Do you happen to have "Al Pie de un Crucifijo"? Gilberto played it at Casa Blanca Ballroom this past Mother's Day 2009. He's still #1 in my book!!!!!!!

  • @laredocasablanca The golden age of Conjunto started in the 60s with Rubén Vela, Gilberto Pérez, Conjunto Bernal, Freddie Gomez, Carlos Guzmán, Los Relámpagos del Norte, Tony de la Rosa, Los Vagabundos, and many others. I used to go to every dance in the Sanger Ball Room. As a matter of fact I was one of Los Vagabundos and we opened great dances of great Conjuntos. Saludos.
