Here is the real concept of this vdo. The girl in the vdo is facing troubles, that's clear enough But she feels that "Koi aanay wala hay" and that "KOI" is an angel, a guardian angel you can say, there to protect her. But as you know angels don't possess the attributes that of a human! They don't eat, sleep or LOVE! But this angel found love to be so beautiful that he actually became human just to experience LOVE! They show John shedding his wings and turning himself into a Human in the end!

The genius of Mera Bichra Yaar lies in its simplicity and originality, which Koi Aanay Wala Hai lacks. Most ingenious videos (like "The Scientist" and "Yellow" by Coldplay) are simple.

I don't wish to be repetitive so if you would scan some of the earlier comments about this video, you would understand that it is way too commercial, which is definitely not the style of Strings.

I also think that you have gotten the meaning/message of this video a bit wrong. See 2mohammad's comments.
