I wouldn't criticize Eric Schmidt. No homo, but seriously if you listen to the underlying tone of the conversation, Eric's views FLY in the face of the rich.
Whether Eric is a real philanthropist or not remains to be seen. But "I'm an optimist," and I believe Eric has the "general public's" best interests at heart. His business principles always favor the "end user" first. That's us. It's in his bests interests to promote the poor and middle class.
