  • you my friend earned a review

  • shes totally toasted

  • do you have to point it at the tv or can you do it with your back turned and can you do multiple tv's at once

  • does it work through concret walls?

  • No, but through window :P works well...

  • @mynickisalwaystaken no it works like a normal remote, its a infra-red beam that is being sent from the remote to the tv. If the beam is blocked by a wall or your hand for example it will be blocked, Therefore it will not work.

  • shes like the sister of beavis and butthead....--but cool anyway..

  • that was friggin awesome! her perky laughing made this funny to watch. i am definitely gonna get one of these

  • just got mine any tips on how not to get caught using it at a store

  • well, I also have one. IR LEDs can be seen by most video (security) cameras. So make a mental note of where the cameras are as you approach the place where you will be standing when you fire it and shield the IR LED from view of the camera using your hand or whatever. Second, NEVER look at the TV you're turning off. Face away from it and pretend to be checking out some cool product on the shelf. Live long and prosper!

  • I DO like the way she does that frantic laugh...

  • i have one. it is very simple device. it has all common tv turn off signals and it send all signals one by one. i have 2 tv's. Tv B gone doesnt work on all tv's because sometimes you need to push off button a few seconds, and TV B Gone send signal that last only about 1 sec.

  • wow that was really cool...I also love Frys Kudos..

    YOUR fRIEND

  • i kno a naomi mercer and she is so much cooler than her!

  • Cool thank's

  • he i made one of these. its better than the real one cuz the range is twice what it is.

  • Since I don't own a credit card to buy this yet, i'm going to use my old remote with a code search button, works just the same, but it takes longer. Also, it can change other settings just like a real tv remote!

  • These are really good i raided pc world and currys today (english) and nearly got caught lol turned off s whole 12 metre wall of tvs and there like OMG WTH lol so funny

  • She's hawt...

But yeah, I'm ordering one right now and will take it to the next company meeting, lol.

  • I WANT IT!

  • will it work in a theater?! ha ha

  • You've just got to be careful using it in a big store, most security cameras can see the infrared light.

  • It's not like their hunt you down or anything like that.

  • who cares, wtf would happen? there is no criminal charge for turning off LCD's, asshole.

  • "Screw this, let's go to fry's."

    lolz

  • Fucking sweet!

  • i got ine yestoday they rule i keep turning the tvs on at school lol funny shit

  • Lol, crotch chastity belt. I want to get that as one of my Christmas presents! (The TV-B-Gone, not the chastity belt)

  • Are there some fake ones out there? I have had two and although the blue light flashed no infra red signal is being transmitted .I had a tv engineer check both devices and he said that the device could not do what it claims.Any ideas>?|

  • HAHAHAH!!!!! THAT IS AWESOME! [[i would ttly use it in school! i would turn the tv on all the time!!]]

  • I turned off the sex education vid in science. It grosses me out.

  • hehe i bought one last week. funny gadget.. i put on a tv in lots of apartments at night after a bar. hehe

  • I have one too. Funny product!

  • Why the hell would they put a super bright blue LED on it? So much for being inconspicuous...

  • There's no blue, it's infrared. Normally, it's invisible. That's because CCD sensors can actually pick up infrared light.

  • Wrong. It is a bright blue LED. That's so you know it's working... (We'd know that if she hadn't been too busy making fun of the package to read the instructions...)

"Flashing LED: This light indicates that the unit is sending out its signal. (If you don't want the flashing LED on, simply double-click at the beginning of a new sequence.) The small, clear emitter node at the front will not light up or glow"

Anyone else think she looks and acts like Kari Byron from Mythbusters?

  • Oh, I might be wrong. A friend of mine has one, and on his videos, I never see that LED.

  • then it's the earlier version, wich doesent have the led

  • she's got the new version

  • its not a blue LED, its an infra red LED, it only looks like that because of the camera.

  • Funny how IR LEDs show up blue on camera.

  • Terrific! Love that first-person cam :p

It's just so fun to shut all those ads up...

  • cool shit ^ ^
