Big man calling someone who handled their imp ding death so well a name @ craztnoots1. Randy Pausch has got a legacy that spans the world and has touched millions of lives. And all you have done is slightly annoy one person
Why hasn't The U.S. National Cancer Institute tested Rick Simpson's Cancer Cure Hemp Oil. Is it lack of personnel (2,100 staff members) or limited financial support (2010 budget of $5.1 Billion dollars)!
May GOD bless you and yours, Randy. My wife has cancer and she is every bit as courageous as you were. Hopefully, they'll find a cure for this horrible disease sooner, rather than later.
I am 25 years old and I am not ashamed to admit that I have cried listening to Randy speak. Randy Pausch represents all that is great about America, god bless him and his family. The world mourns his loss.
God put Randy Pausch on earth to do great works through him. One is to encourage and actually find cure for pancreatic cancer. Many folks (like me) hadn't even heard of PC before Dr. Pausch gave his lecture. Now, the whole world knows--and people will find a cure for it. Dr. Pausch taught folks how valuable each an every moment is--that no matter how good or bad the situation might be, whether it be life or finding a cure for PC, we should never give up, because Dr. Pausch never gave up.
If you want to give to the pancreatic action network - where he has a fundraising page set up (for research, all of it) you can go to firstgiving dot calm forward slash randypausch
I hope to see that fund grow and grow in honor of this man's memory and in hopes of helping others who don't even know they have pancreatic cancer yet!
sorry, clicked comment by accedent. anyway, with the amount of time that you had on this earth, you touched millions of people. including me, a 15 year old girl. thanks for your advice, "ignore everything a guy says, and focus on what he does". i love it. thank you so much for being as strong as you are and will always be, no matter if you are no longer with us physically, you are with us in spirit.
man, i watched an interview with him and his wife and i just could not stop crying. thank you so much randy, you truly are a blessing from god. with your little amount of time that you had on this earth,
Not only is cancer a terrible disease to get, but pancreatic cancer is the only one that's undetectable until it's too late. Unfortunately, I had to go through this experience with my own mother three years ago. I would just like to say that everyone should live life like "today" is their last day because life is so percious.
@geminibunny78 I heard about Pausch's lecture and watched it back in 2007. I didnt really comprehend the significance of what he was saying.. in the mean time my own dad, John Michael Krois (also a professor), died of the same cancer (pancreatic cancer). It is only now that i can fully appreciate and understand Randy Pausch's speech.
I've been suffering from back problems for the past 18 years of my life and the past 4 years I give up on everything and I don't know how to fight anymore.
This is more than impressing...you're touching my life with out me even wanting it, I'd like to know how you have so much faith and talk about this like you're going to live forever.
A banality to say, but again, Randy is a true exemple of what makes a man great; a truely moving, inspiring example to all, of the strength and willpower of a single person. Randy, thank you for making mankind a little better.

This guy has been working like a maniac and he's life is almost over and I'm sure his wife and children missed him a lot while he was workign so much and he's still preaching workaholism!! It is a desease in this country!!! I wish him well but I hope people realize that they need to spend time with loved ones. 40 hours a week is plenty. Just use them efficiently.

I'm not saying the guy is not a great guy but he starts his lecture by preaching working, working and beign in the office every Friday after 10 pm. Give me a break!!
you're the perfect example of the laziness of the people in this country. I don't know who you are, but if you ever wonder why your not more successful or why you don't make more money, your answer right here is the reason.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
I'm actually quiet successful. Could I make more money by working more? Sure! But I believe in working more efficiently and Friday night at 10 pm you'll rarely find me working. This country is not lazy. Americans work too much, in fact. Children are neglected because their parents are too busy working or too tired when they finally get home.
no he does not...he preaxches working efficiently an din the time you have. His 'good timne' to work is 10pm...mine is 11pm to 2am...I use my hours of best engery to do my best work...as does he. He, if you really go back and LISTEN to his words, does the same. HE advocates in this and his other lectures, that HOME life is important therefore work efficiently so you can spend the greatest amount of time with them.
Its been such a blessing to know a sweet & Blessed person like Randy pausch... I Respect him to thr core of my heart.... I just saw him on ABC.. I wish i would have known him before.. If it wasn't for the god delusion that is holding science back we would have cures for many serious diseases by now.
I'm not just talking about stem cell research. The god delusion has been a serious bane to science for thousands of years.
