  • I love how you try to reason with it like it's a real kid.

  • try an air horn or dog whistle.

  • Spray bottle with water makes any cat obey

  • shoot the cat with an arrow to the knee

  • LOLZ

  • lol! use water bottle with spray. that will help get him off.

  • Shake the tree?

  • Let the little monster stay there until he is done....he won't ruin anything....lol

  • don't take him off he's one of the ornaments! you cant expect him to come off! he's an ornament (or he thinks he's a bird in a tree.) (or he wants to try to fly) ether one! :3

  • O christmas tree O chistmas tree O how your ornaments are history XD

  • get some sscat

  • Just leave the cat in, looks nice!

  • @T1Brit

Wow, that is some assumption - and quite offensive! FYI, she goes outside all the time - AT HER NORMAL HOME! When visiting other people where she doesn't know the area at all and it might not be safe, with dogs/traffic etc., no she doesn't go out - only lasts a couple of days though. Satisfied with that or should we all wait for you to call the RSPCA!?

  • It is funnier watching the women trying to extract the cat from the tree.

  • she is trying to get free HBO :D

  • Jo was very upset when he found it Santa Claus wasn't real.

  • Perhaps, a more invasive approach might work. There are several piercing utensils in the kitchen, aren't there?

  • Cats like to find the highest place they can to watch from. Having a tree int eh hosue gives them 2 advantages. A high place, and a hiding place. Now the hiding part dos not work if the cat is large though.

  • Use water next time you silly ass brits.

  • Ooooooh...what a CATastrophe!

  • *cuddles the cat* =D

  • That definitely looked like a two person job. The only thing you can do when the cat goes swinging like that is to have one person grap the front paws and someone grab the body. That my experience with my fuzzball anyway.

  • i ain't coming down

  • ..MOJO hates christmas lol

  • I love how the cat matches the decor of the Christmas tree! Just let him be and he will eventually get tired and come down and nap... like cats do :)

  • that cat wants them to back the f*** off of his xmas joy. i'd probably be irritated to if it was the only tree i could climb, ever. and, i mean, if i was a cat.

  • One person is a cat stuck in a tree.

  • Cheeky monkey! What a cutie. I have the same problem.

  • all right kitty ornaments finally! hurray!!!!

  • she loves that place and this is it :))

  • I half expected her to start demanding a ransom...in catnip.

  • wow look what they got me fro christmas , fgs leace me on it lol

  • "I iz fierce jungle cat! Fear me!"

  • My cat won't climb my Christmas tree. She just lies under it.

  • Next time try Chanuka candles, maybe the cat is Jewish

    :)

  • That cat is silly, and I will tell him to his hairy face, too

  • That cat looks pretty pissed off.

  • Very cute! Yes, spritzing water on kitty is a safe deterrent. Honestly, though, cats love the smell of real trees and are born climbers, so it's against their nature to avoid the tree. I suggest not hanging tinsel (poisonous to human and pet) or glass ornaments -- I have a home full of kitties, and only harmless, unbreakable ornaments go on the tree. My glass ornaments decorate the baker's rack, safety away from curious paws. That way, if kitty makes a trek up the truck, there are no worries.

  • That's a bit rude. You have no manners.

I don't t know why that's funny to me but it is.

  • Hi cat,

You are so inspiring! Our mommy is getting a Christmas tree this week and we are searching for some inspiration. Thank you so much for showing us how NOT to disturbed while relaxing in a Christmas tree! We understand this was definitely an invasion of your privacy!

    Big kissies,

    Shiva & Jaya!

  • Water doesnt always work...my cats like water so it would do nothing to them. Plus water+lights= a VERY bad idea.

  • @thoughtfulstranger Lmao . Poor wet cat +lights > Zzzzzzzaaaap

  • FOR ANYONE WITH A CAT THAT CLIBS UP YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE, GET A WATER SPRAY! IT WORKS. AS SOON AS THE CAT SEES IT, IT WILL GO AWAY FROM THE TREE. trust me its the only way to keep them at bay because they absolutley hate water.

  • @kerra0895 no you get a spray put a little bit off vinigar how ever you spell it and put water over it and when u spray it dont get its head stomach back leg wherver because it hates licking it off and when u show it the spray it wont do it

  • sounds good might try it thanks :P

  • my cats do the same thing but they end up make it fall over

  • That's funny that can't pwned that tree.LOL!!

  • The secret is oven mitts.

  • grab the cat by the scruff of the neck...they dont feel it and they go limp...just like when there mother would grab them by the scruff when they were kittens.

  • Lawl looks like my cats XD eccept there will be like 3 cats in the tree nd it falls over :)

  • How did you get the cat out in the end?
