@PCGamer1471 There are a couple ways to do that. The easiest way is to put in the disks that came with your computer and follow the prompts. Now remember this will put it back to the way it left the factory. So you will lose all programs you added after you got it. If you don't have the disk there is still a way to do it. I will have to get you the instructions on how to do it that way. Your computer has a protected version of the way it left the factory. I just have to remember how to get it.

my pc didnt make any restore pionts for me when i thought is was so i was ok with downloading stuff, it didnt now i stuck and the earlyest one is when i got the pc

hey what if i dont backup my files and just wanted to redownload them? is that possible or is the files im backing up the processor? idk i need help thanks, oh and plz tell me if i have to backup files, i dont want to cuz i cant, but can i just restore without backup?
