You don't know Desora? He's one of the best Gouken's in the world. Think he's the has the highest BP of any Gouken (though I think Bullcat is better).

Gouken has little options. If he uses Kongo, either he gets demon thrown or it gets broken by Akuma's overhead. If he uses Tatsumaki, it more then likely gets stuffed, or it will just miss, leaving Akuma to twiddle his dumbs as he thinks what to rape Gouken with when he comes down.

So, what does Gouken have again?

A balance patch that gives Gouken an actual wake-up game is all that could solve this. Besides that, no real solution. Gouken will just get stomped by this until the Akuma makes a timing or spacing mistake.

Hell, I'd just be fine with Shin Shoryuken or Kinjite Shoryuken actually being good anti-airs or something just so Gouken doesn't get demon raped.
