How big of a panel can it move? How long between winding? The mechanical systems are interesting. I've seen the electronic ones that consume all or most of the power from the panels, not very useful.
I've seen one that uses gas (like freon) to move the panel, but it seems susceptible to wind movements.

we used the old age mechanism of Mechanical Clock to solve the purpose
