I dont... get it. O_O So, essentially there's a depressed guy who wants to achieve a lot of things in his own life but he's afraid that if he dies, he will lose everything. Kinda like a mechanical self-interested view on life? But if he turns to rural, kinship or a nurturing way of life then he nonetheless all his work is for nothing? are you promoting that either way, death will come? If not, then how does Gemeinschaft and Gesellschaft by Ferdinnd Tonnies affect your story? If it is related
