  • The apostrophe bit made me think of the song Cases of a Misused Apostrophe.

It's a free download and creative commons license if you want to use it for a class or video.

  • when your typing into google and you can't quite find how to spell the word right, that is EXACTLY how I am! dead on dude nice job!

  • lol I wish I had teachers like you in hs. Mine were like the teacher in Peanuts. Wah wah wah wah wah

  • Wow! Right now I'm in school to be a High School English teacher, I'm re considering... geesh seems so boring! :-( and a lot of work also, and I hear the pay isn't good at all :( I really love kids but I want to be happy and be able to live the lifestyle that I have always dreamed of! Paying all this money for college and getting paid 40k is really blowing my mind, my mom didn't go to college works for a cable company and makes that!!??

Any advice on what I should do?

    Great video really funny!

  • Become a teacher, it sounds like you'd enjoy that more.

  • I loved your teacher videos. My mom's a teacher, and so is my aunt.. and my uncle. *coughs* So I was kind of surprised you were a teacher, because my mom isn't anything like you, lol.

  • makes me want to document my teaching day

  • Yeah I knew there would be trouble when I saw that apostrophe in days lol

  • juggling club ruled with an iron fist! awesome chris!

  • oh, yeah...

  • Comment removed

  • ha! Hilarious video! good job ct!

  • haha, when he put the dude on the wall!

  • Ya know, back in school i was known to make both students AND teachers cry once in awhile. True story! Not often, but once in awhile. I think I made about 4 people cry in my four years if school, so you're doing better than I did. I wish I would have had you as a teacher!

    Keep it up man.

  • planning period. or more known as how i learned to file, google, and color rivers like a pro.

  • HEY MR.TAIBBI! dis is tha coolest teacher eva! i wish he taught all of mi classes...oh jus to let u kno...im not comin bak to glenvar...my ma kicked me out so im bak wit mi pops in Pulaski...it wuz fun gettin to kno ya taibii...

    Camille...aka Jessicas sista!

ps. i tell every 1 to watch this video!

  • Thanks, Camille! Sorry to hear you're outta here. (!!!!) Enjoy your summer.

  • lol apostropheez..... apostrapheez..e.....apostropheese... better cannibal jokes haha, i wish i had a teacher like you!

  • (...continues.) Doesn't that kind of create a barrier between the adults and the students? (Although you don't seem to have that problem.)

But on a lighter note, I love the way you spend time on making your students creative and happy - all the after school activities, lots of colours and things on the walls. We have no after school activities or clubs, no sports teams, no gifted classes or stuff like that. Sometimes it gets really boring. :)

Keep doing what you're doing, mister Teacher. ;)

  • Great, great comments. So cool to hear other cultures. YES, American ed likes to enforce this whole "respect" thing between students and teachers by using formal titles of respect like "Mr." and "Mrs." (Personally, I think it's not completely necessary to use that as a way to show respect. You should show respect in the way you TREAT people, no?)

  • Theehe, if you apply that same humour to your classes, I bet your students love them. :) My special favourites were the 'make students cry' parts.

Also, I noticed a few funny details that make our schools here in Finland differ a lot from yours. I found it a bit funny that people called you 'mister', there were hall passes and teachers checking the corridors. :D We only have that until we're 12 or so. Hmm, and I've never heard anyone calling a teacher 'mister'. :) (continues...)

  • i meant WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO go tabbie and cant wait for the English exam ms Rowland tomorrow

  • who go tabbie and ms rowland

  • Respect man! I will start teaching high school physics this spring (including a lesson on the physics of juggling mwahahaha.)

I can only hope to eventually have a day as successful as this one with the students.

  • "I can only hope to eventually have a day as successful as this one with the students." <===== ha ha !

  • when new video?

  • By Sunday night, June 1st. Thanks for asking!

  • That's one of your best.

    GP

  • Taibbi, you're my hero. Oh, yeah, this is Nicole by the way.

  • COol! Thanks for watching this, Nicole. You're my hero too.

  • I think "No Child Left Behind" only requires you to make two students cry per day, but here in Tennessee the state standards require four. However, Special Ed students are allowed to use eye drops to fake it.

Your videos never disappoint. Have a great summer!

  • My wife and I (she's a teacher, too) laughed so hard at this comment that I actually snorted coffee through my nose. Thanks, man.

  • that was really awesome....it made my day....thanks....:))))

  • Thanks for those nice words.

  • this series was really funny! I especially love the party when you were typing apostraphe ( i dont even know how to spell it lol) in google. GREAT STUFF! 5 stars all the way! Make another one!

  • Thanks! I'm glad you got the real point of this: humor.

  • well of course, lol. im pretty intelligent when it comes to humor. I am a huge family guy, American Dad, Futurama, and stand up comedy, and now CT JUGGLES fan, so humor is all i watch! =)

  • that was freaking hilarious

  • Haha. That was great. And yeah, that probably is how Jason Garfield's juggling club would go.

  • Man, you're way too cool! Really great videos.

By the way, your juggling club... I've always imagined that's what working with Mr Jason Garfield would be :)

  • I love the hall pass. My dad is a highschool teacher. I'm going to suggest it to him.

  • I appreciated the maniacal laughter at the end, and you included Bayless!... I think I laughed and your cannible joke last year, you might remember because it was so quite...

  • Lol

  • i liked the soggy push the guy gave the kid in the beggining cannible jokes were cool and u had a cool hall pass anyways nice vid do the kids at school know you can juggle

  • Most know that I juggle, yes.

  • great video u sound like a really good teacher i wish u were my teacher

  • You'd have to be a cannibal, or a failing teacher telling a joke.

Nice videos though, very funny, good job.

    5/5

  • u like to make peaple cry

    ahah.

  • These videos are epic! Seriously, you did a really great job making this.

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me never to use an apostrophe to make a noun plural.

  • awesome 2 parter Chris! The google search joke was hilarious! all of it was hilarious! Really good job with the filming and editing too! Man, you got personality galore, I can't wait to meet you one of these day's hahaha

Do you do juggling club EVERY day after school??? that would be so freakin' sweet!

  • NEVER USE AN APOSTROPHE TO MAKE A NOUN PLURAL!!! ...wow. LOL

  • "3:15! Car riders and walkers may and should go!" Good times, and good video.

  • Thanks, man! Good see your voice again. (Huh?)

  • what did your students think of this??

  • Not sure. Yet....

  • That was probably the most enjoyable "two part" extravaganza I have ever witnessed on Youtube ever! Ha ha your sense of humor is fantastic, and it brightened my day:-) I'll be posting something soon, hopefully in the next week. I know I've been saying that for, I don't know, months now, but I think I'll actually post something soon ha ha. Great stuff man, I love it.

  • I like seeing this funny stuff. It's cool that everyone played along :)

  • lol i love the "if this were easy they'd call it basketball" line

  • hahaha that was good! remember, how hard is it to throw and catch only ONE ball accurately!?!

  • Very funny!

Also really interresting to se how the american high schools are like.

  • how do you find time to juggle and teach? isnt teaching one of those jobs that takes up a lot of time at home grading and lesson planning and stuff?

  • Your students is SO lucky to have you as a teacher!! (even if you do try to make them cry :D) Hilarious video, upload more please!!

  • Very good. It's great that you have such a good sense of humor about your job. Those kids you teach are lucky to have you as their teacher.

  • ha, you had me laughing all the way through. great vids

  • lol i wish you taught at my school

  • i love these videos! (as well as your sense of humor) tis both been favourited, as so many bits made me laugh out loud.

I'm going to be a teacher in highschool one day (Our system is a bit different than yours here in Finland, though). So thanks for the encouraging crack up in the end :D

  • oh my god that's funny "three day's left" haha

  • Hey Chris I expected no less quality from those two video's ( is the apostrophy right?)

It was a great laugh to watch, it's amazing to see how different american schools are compared to ours in the U.K, and when you say your making a documentry that boy that says "why" really cracked me up. next video for you to upload is the one about your juggling studio
