Responding to the last comment, if I'm not mistaking, this is from a part of the city of San Salvador which is called Mejicanos. This name came from the times of the Spanish conquest, where indigenous people from the Mexico valley accompanied the Spanish to the area and settled there, and therefore gave birth to the name.
