@Joemamma69000 That's a good question! In many cases i thought it would also be funny to edit out Odie, like when Jon watches TV. Also, this refers to the Garfield Minus Garfield webcomic (linked in the description) where everyone but Jon is removed despite the name.

Now THAT'S a series I'd watch! It's like Jon has schizophrenia. (Paranoid schizophrenia, at that.) And what makes it funny...is that it seems like all the other characters in the show are messing with him. The audience are the only people that see it as it is.

I actually likedthe editing. It left just enough time for me to collect myself, before you hit me with another punchline.

Interesting point! Some people have said that before, others don't mind. I want to leave some space to let people laugh a little and not miss the next joke, but I agree that black isn't the right way to do it. Perhaps it can zoom out to a big comics-page-style frame between clips?
