It's amazing! A great NBA shooter says "do this" and you'll be a better shooter and people are talking about other stuff. You can't be a great shooter right away - doesn't work like that. You have to practice and you have to have to be in condition to practice properly because as he said your shot comes from waist down.

Build up your endurance, work on your glutes, quads, hammies, and make sure you explode into the shot and after about 10k reps you should be pure.
