Sorry but as far as I know the paper score simply doesn't exist anymore. I wrote it on a MIDI composing software called Anvil Studios, so I can send you the original file if you have something similar that can dissect the file and reveal the individual tracks. Keep in mind you'd still have to transpose each track to the native key of each instrument.
