It's very beautiful. I wonder if the railings are below code, how they passed inspection? Weird. It's interesting that it does not appear to be ADA compliant.

If someone wants to kill themselves, they have a myriad ways to do it, the railing would make no difference in that respect; I'm sure it meets the standards set to prevent an accidental fall.
