From when I did eat meat, and the bean and cheese burrito I tried, I can tell you that Tito's Tacos is cheap trendy mexican food that only does well because it has a reputation to attract all the people who are afraid of the authentic mexican places for some reason, maybe because they don't seem official or american enough, who knows.
