I work for Nokia. Well done to the people in this video who have spoken out and told their story. I do have to say however that within Nokia there is really little if any significant support for lesbian, gay, bi and transgender employees. It should get better!

From what I've seen The It Gets Better campaign seems to neglect them - and they're treated the worst by far and suffer the most by far. :-/

It Gets Better is an Internet-based project founded last year by Dan Savage in response to the suicide of a number of teenagers who were bullied because they were gay or because their peers suspected that they were gay.

The project’s goal is to prevent suicide among GLBT youth by having gay adults record YouTube video to communicate their personal experiences and express a message of hope.
