There was no theft, so no "Merchant rights" were invoked.

Im a security guard. if I were you, (and you probably would have got in trouble after but its not like you werent in trouble anyways right lol) I would have taken that vid to the stores manager and showed them n got their asses fired. They had no legal right to arrest the camera guy and that kick the one guard attempted would have lost him his job real fast.

If you are complying then no arrest is necessary. Even if the boys made smart remarks as long as they were complying then the rent- a- cops were out of line.

@TheDano1947 if the kid did not resist then none of that would have happned besides this video was edited pay attention to it closely, we are not seeing the whole story. section 25 states they can use as much force as needed to fullfill there lawful purpose, if that kid did not resist none of that would have happened, if he just put his hands behind his back that would have been over fast, the guards even told him he is making harder then it needs to be.
