  • can they wreck ur knees?

  • @IceCreamMachines yeah bro, better wear a belt too so you don't pop a disc, and don't forget your protractor to get your feet exactly 30 degrees

  • @x1919893 alright thanks. what do u mean by "pop a disk" tho? butt crack? aha

  • @IceCreamMachines Spinal disc

  • @SlickPictures ohh. kk thanks .

  • @ Jiggahata1,

If you're having a hard time maintaining good form, try doing the squats using a chair. Choose a solid chair with no arm rests. Begin the squat from the seated position, sitting on the edge of the chair. Keep your back straight and head up as you push yourself to the standing position.

Hope this helps and keep at it. It won't be long before you can do these with ease.

    Curtis

  • I do squats with a barin the gym and usually do about 4 sets of 5-6 reps, but when doing Bodyweight squats at home how many sets and reps should you be aiming for? or do you just treat it like any ab excersise where yuo do as many as physically possible before failure?

  • You put my squats to shame! lol I am a beginner and doing a whole lot better now but I really am having a hard time keeping my back straight and squating really low....In due time a I guess :D

  • lucky guy that you can even do a body squat, I fall over.
