Loten Namling (Namseling) is the son of Tsepon Namseling who was Tsepon (Finance Secretary of Tibet) at the same time as Tsepon Wangchuk Deden Shakabpa.
Loten Namling is one of hundreds of children sent to Switzerland by Tsepon Shakabpa when Tsepon Shakabpa was the Dalai Lama's Chief Representative in New Delhi, India.
