Have to say that it was a good match of football, enjoyed that friendly more than any friendly match i can remember in recent times because both teams were going for it full throttle, would have been happy if it went to extra time and penalties, so hats off to Ghana for giving us a good challenging game of football, the only way we can improve is to play good opposition as often as possible and i thought Ghana was just that, and it was a fair result i thought in the end.

@mayaki4vr Welbeck is a brilliant young talent, same as Daniel Sturridge, however Welbeck was raised in England, he's pretty much English, i'm happy he has took a route where he wont regret it, such as when Giggs and Bale joined wales when there english cause they thought they would never make it to England, Giggs biggest mistake he's made he said. Though Ghana are still a great team, infact they play better than England.

@mayaki4vr He can still play for Ghana mate, this cap doesn't make a difference as it was a friendly.

Who knows, in the near future he may play for you, he has less competition that way. With Andy Carroll coming through the ranks and Daniel Sturridge becoming a huge hit in the BPL, it will be tough for him to get a game.

this friendly was much better football and atmosphere than the Wales game and confirms that England were right not get involved in the reprised Home Internationals, the Ghanaians created a party atmosphere whereas the Wales fans were just nasty and negative
