is he the one who slept with the old gay organiser? lol .... i find it funny he puts his hands on his face like a miss universe...nice...thats why gay guys are all stereotyped and labelled as raging queens...yikes ! be gay as much as u want, at least just behave like a man, coz after all u r a MAN
Congratulations to Francois Nel, the new Mr. Gay World 2011. Hopefully the next "Mr. Gay World South Africa 2012" count with the participation of representatives of "Central Africa", "Jordan" and "Venezuela" although in these countries are not advertised to gay guys as in other nations. Lucky for them.
@breakingthisdown South Africa is one of the most progressive countries in the world re the rights of GLBT people with full protection and equal rights guaranteed in the constitution (marriage also recognised). both JHB and Cape Town host major gay events, the latter recognised as one of the best gay destinations in the world. Come and see for yourself! Cheers
@jomattza Interesting that you pay lip service to these alleged facts because in PRACTICE, Cape Town is NO mother city rather a mother flop in reference to being gay friendly and is akin a neo-nazi hell camp. I do see your wish to promote South Africa from that perspective ... but let's get real here shall we - our country has a LONG way to go.
But in this vid... doesn't he remind you of that Torchwood character, Captain Jack? A little, I think.

a little worried that Johannesburg will be hosting the next one. wouldn't that essentially be playing with fire, or is that area gay-friendly?

@breakingthisdown If Johannesburg can host a Gay Pride each year, they will be able to host Mr Gay World.
