on the kodak 30 where you put the ink theres 2 holes top and bottom I filled the top one, but the printer still says replace ink cartridge. Does it need to be certain type of ink? Please help me I never had problems with my other printer, but this printer gives me headaches
If it says not recognized, it means the chip is used up and needs to be replaced
