This guy forgot about Big Albert and sooner or later Haloti Ngata is going to be in this discussion. Kris Jenkins over-rated? He's the reason why New York's defense is one of the best. Okoye is going to be good. Under-rated defensive tackle has to be Fred Robbins and Barry Cofield is under-rated too. Corey Redding is under-rated so I'll agree with him on that
Well, just last season you had Haloti Ngata in Baltimore. His stats aren't spectacular, but he did a wonderful job eating up blockers. Kyle Williams in Buffalo is another example. Tommie Harris, Kevin Williams, John Henderson, Albert Haynesworth, and others made impacts in their rookie season. If anything, players like Broderick Bunkley are rarer than those who DO make a quick impact.
Defensive Tackle is probably one of the easiest positions to make that transition from though...of course it depends, you've got players like Broderick Bunkley and Haloti Ngata, so who knows what we're gonna get.
I disagree with that. How many DT's can you think about in recent memory that have made an immediate, meaning in their rookie season, impact? Guys that relied simply on strength in college don't adjust well. It takes time to develop better technique and speed to take on the more talented NFL OL's.
Only if, and that's a big if, Tubbs can stay healthy. If you take a look at the stats, Bernard did very well with Tubbs in there. Tubbs also keeps opposing OL off the LBs. As much as I like him, I'm not expecting a whole lot out of Mebane this year. It takes a while for rookie tackles to adjust to the NFL game.

Great vlog. These ADHD people that comment on it being "boring" have zero attention span.

Next time show clips...less talking..a lot less please. I'd also suggest not starting a career in radio. Constructive critisism FTW!

Shaun Rogers had an awesome rookie season leading all DT's with tackles with like 80. As compared to Harris's career high of like 44.
